Privacy statement

Rake Assessment Development is a psychological consultancy working in the field of human resource management. Assessment and coaching are its core activities.

Rake is a member of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP) and is bound by its code of ethics. More information about the NIP can be found at www.psynip.nl. The code provides guidance for professional conduct and is an important quality instrument of the NIP, which uses it to assess the professional conduct of its members. Compliance is supervised by two independent disciplinary boards. Rake attaches great importance to ethical matters and matters of trust.

We process the personal data that is necessary to provide our services. Data is processed in line with the purpose for which it was provided, and is limited to the minimum needed for that purpose.

From assessment and coaching participants: email address, date of birth, level of education, gender, information about education, internships and work experience, answers to written questionnaires and answers to automated questionnaires. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.

From business contacts (employees of clients, suppliers): names, contact details (email address and telephone number) and job titles of contact persons.

We keep your personal data, such as your assessment file and test data and/or your coaching file, for 2 years after the programme has ended. During that period we can look up your assessment report for you should you have lost it. Your file is stored in a way that keeps the data confidential.

We share the assessment report with the client only with your consent. You have the right to block the release of your assessment report to your (future) employer.

For the online questionnaires and tests we use SHL (www.shl.com). Where data is provided to processors who carry out work on our behalf, we have agreed with them that they protect the personal data to the same high standard. This is laid down in data processing agreements.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. Confidential documents such as assessment reports are emailed in encrypted form to the participant and, with the participant’s consent, to the client.

Rake is bound by a confidentiality agreement and is committed to strict confidentiality regarding everything that becomes known through our activities and that we know to be confidential. This obligation continues after the work has ended.

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we have received from you. We will correct your data if you can show that it is inaccurate or incomplete, or not relevant to the purpose of the file. If you submit a written request to destroy your file, we will do so. You may also object to the processing of your personal data, or part of it, by us or by one of our processors.

If you have a complaint about the way we handle your personal data, you can always also lodge it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

This website does not place cookies and does not use analytics or tracking software. Fonts and images are loaded from the website itself, not through external services. There are no forms on the site: contact takes place by email or telephone.
