Collaboration and trust
I work on an individual basis. No one else takes part in an assessment at the same time. This gives the person I work with complete peace and privacy.
My approach is thorough, independent, and pragmatic. Thanks to my extensive experience with assessments and coaching for professionals, managers, and executives, I can quickly identify the factors that truly matter in a role or organization.
After completing my training as an occupational and organizational psychologist, I gained extensive experience at, among other places, the international consulting firm SHL (Saville & Holdsworth Ltd.). I then founded Rake Assessment Development.
My motivation for doing so was that I wanted to approach assessment and coaching in a more direct and personal way: short lines of communication, flexible responses to questions, and the ability to adapt quickly.
I believe it is important for an assessment or coaching program to be an enjoyable, constructive, and educational experience.
I believe that people perform at their best when their qualities, motivation, and the environment in which they work are in balance.
I am happy to contribute to finding and strengthening that alignment!
